What time is the Yard Card display delivered?
All displays are delivered before 6AM in the morning​. Please make sure you give us the correct address of your victim.

Can I have a special delivery time?
It is best to call in to request that.  We do not always a have a driver available during the day. There would be a special delivery charge as well. 

How do I order a Yard Card display?
Go online to our website, check out all the displays, go to the order form and fill it out and push submit. If you cannot get that to work then call in at  403-276-8133 from 10AM to
5 PM . After those hours we may not be available to answer the phone.

Can I choose more than one type of critter?
Yes you can, up to two types.  On the order form under special instructions just ask.

Can I pick up and deliver myself ?
No you cannot because of liability issues!

How do I pay for my order?
Fill out the order form and click on the option you want. Pay with credit card by phone, etransfer, Quick Books invoice or cash. After we receive your order online we will contact you by email or phone with the option you choose. We may take a couple of days to get back to you if your order is placed a week or two ahead.

Can you do apartment buildings?
We will do buildings that have a grass area out front. It is your responsibility to get in touch with the condo board or management to make sure it is OK to put on the lawn.

Do I get to keep anything?
The only thing that we allow you to keep is when you order a custom poster or banners. It is taped on to a plastic board and can be removed at the end of the day. The rest of the display is a rental only that we pick back up. 

How do I know if my display is going to be delivered?
After you order we will send you an invoice by email or contact you by phone. Your order goes on to our calendar and will be delivered on the day you indicated on the form. If you have placed an order online and we have not contacted you within 48 hours then call in at 403- 276-8133  to check if we received it. If you want to check up on your order it is best to send us a quick email to verify its status. 

Can I change the date?
Yes you can but you may have to change the theme of your display. We have orders all over town and the display you ordered may not be available on the day you want to change it to.
It is best to call in to check.  

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel. We will send you back your money by EMT less the credit card charges of 3 percent. 

What if something gets stolen before you get back?
That does happen once in a while. We do not charge the customer for lost or stolen critters , flags or signs. If it happens we will let you know. They are usually within the same neighborhood and any help finding them is appreciated.
